Kimberly Blaker is a published author, award-winning research writer, professional freelance writer, and former columnist. She played an instrumental role by leading a group of 200 advocates through various efforts. Ultimately, this became the mental health care portion of the 21st Century Cures Act. It was signed into law by President Obama in December 2016.
